INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a limited amount of technical data that is generated automatically when you browse the site.
- Contact details you submit through our contact or careers forms — name, email address, and anything you write in the message field.
- Business information you share with us while we scope or deliver a project.
- Technical data such as browser type, device type, referring page, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Usage data about which pages you visit and how long you stay, collected in aggregate.
HOW WE USE IT
We use your information to reply to enquiries, evaluate job applications, deliver and improve our services, and keep the site secure and working properly.
- Responding to your message and following up about a potential project.
- Reviewing applications for open positions.
- Understanding which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked to hear from us, and every email we do send includes a way to opt out.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, and are excluded from all other category exclusions described in this policy.
If you opt in to receive text messages from Azwedo, we collect your mobile number, your name, the exact consent language you agreed to, and the date, time, page, and IP address of the opt-in. We keep that record so we can prove your consent was given voluntarily.
You are opting in to receive marketing texts, product news, and project updates from Azwedo. Msg and data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and is requested separately from every other form on this site.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP, or email hello@azwedo.com, for assistance. We share your mobile number only with the messaging provider that delivers the messages on our behalf, strictly to send the messages you asked for, and they may not use it for any other purpose.
SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and project management tools — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. They are required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted once they are no longer relevant.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We operate across Europe and the USA, and some of our service providers are based outside your country. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.
