These terms set out the rules for using the Azwedo website and the basis on which we work together. Project engagements are covered by a separate signed agreement.
ACCEPTING THESE TERMS
By accessing or using azwedo.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
USING THE SITE
You may browse the site, read our work, and contact us. You agree not to misuse it.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
- Do not interfere with the site or introduce malicious code.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content without our written permission.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful or to infringe anyone else’s rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — text, design, code, graphics, logos, and case studies — belongs to Azwedo or to the clients who own the featured work, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and share links to our content. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.
CLIENT WORK AND PROJECT AGREEMENTS
These terms cover the website only. Any project we deliver is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work, or contract — which sets out scope, timelines, fees, ownership of deliverables, and confidentiality.
Where these terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the project agreement takes precedence.
SUBMISSIONS AND ENQUIRIES
When you send us a message, brief, or job application, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential material through the contact form; ask us for an NDA first and we will arrange a secure channel.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The site may link to services and websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azwedo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify Azwedo against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Azwedo’s place of establishment, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a signed project agreement says otherwise.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version applies from the date shown at the top of the page, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
